Christmas Carol Service Collection
St John’s has received a letter of thanks from Brother Kevin of the Capuchin Day Centre for the donations collected during the Carols by Candlelight Service before Christmas. A total of €2,210 was raised and forwarded to Brother Kevin to support the work of the Day Centre. Brother Kevin expressed his gratitude to all those who contributed: the donation will greatly assist the Centre in furthering its concern that no-one should go hungry, and that each person who comes to the Centre has their basic needs met in a caring and non-judgmental way.
