God has gone up with a shout,
the Lord with the sound of the ram’s horn.
sing praises to God, sing praises;
sing praises to our king, sing praises.

For God is king of all the earth;
sing praises with all your skill.
God reigns over the nations;
God sits upon his holy throne.

(Psalm 47)

Alleluia! Christ is Risen!

Sung Eucharist 11 a.m.

When Thomas afterwards had heard
That Jesus had fulfilled his word,
He doubted if it were the Lord.

‘Thomas, behold my side,’ saith he,
‘My hands, my feet, my body see;
And doubt not, but believe in me.’

No longer Thomas then denied;
He saw the feet, the hands the side;

‘Thou art my Lord and God,’ he cried.

Blessèd are they who have not seen,
And yet whose faith has constant been,
In life eternal they shall reign.

Alleluya!
